Creative Request Form

Please use the following form to request any branded chapter communication materials (i.e. flyers, presentations, etc). These materials will be developed and returned to you in adherence to the corporate brand and style guidelines. Please allow at least ten business days for your request(s) to be processed. You will receive two design elements to choose from and one round of revisions. Please factor the turnaround time into your submission.

If you are interested in learning how to design, please join the technology committee and express interest in future training and workshops.
