Resolution Form

Lambda Omega Omega is committed to a safe and sisterly environment. Members are encouraged to work together to resolve any conflicts that may arise. LOO has established this procedure for fair, orderly, and prompt resolution of disagreements.

Disagreements are normal and sometimes even healthy for an organization. People should feel free to respectfully express differences of opinion and constructively address and resolve them. LOO realizes that there will be times when a complaint cannot be resolved without some formal dispute resolution process. While most disagreements can be solved informally, some are complex and deserve additional dedicated and trained resources to assist and support all involved to find a resolution.

If you have attempted to resolve any concerns privately and directly with the individual(s) named in your complaint, please submit this form which will start the investigation and conflict resolution process. The member-at-large will reach out to you within five business days.
